Get started with Brainwrite Cloud
Subscribe, choose where your Cloud runs, connect the desktop app, and sign in to your AI account.
1. Sign in at cloud.brainwrite.in
Open cloud.brainwrite.in and sign in with your email. You receive an 8-digit code; there is no password. Use the same email you use in the Brainwrite app.
Signing in does not start a subscription or create a computer.
2. Subscribe and choose a region
On Your Cloud, choose where your Cloud computer runs, then choose Subscribe for $99 a month to pay securely with Stripe.
Pick the region nearest you. Once your Cloud computer has been created, it cannot move to another region.
If you already subscribed from the desktop app, the page asks only for the region: choose one and select Start my Cloud.
After paying, it can take a moment for the subscription to show. Choose Refresh status if the page has not updated.
3. Wait for setup
Setting up takes a few minutes. The page shows three steps: Reserving your machine, Starting your Cloud and Checking it's ready. You can close the page; Brainwrite emails you when your Cloud is ready.
4. Connect the desktop app
The quickest way: on cloud.brainwrite.in, choose Open in the app. Brainwrite opens, signs in to your Cloud if needed, and connects.
To do it from the app instead:
- In Brainwrite, open Settings → Brainwrite Cloud and choose Sign in to Brainwrite Cloud.
- Your browser opens a page named Connect this computer?. Check that the code on the page matches the one in the app, then choose Approve.
- Back in the app, choose Connect to my Cloud. Your Cloud opens in the window and is listed as My Cloud under Servers.
A computer stays connected for 30 days after it was last used, and each use renews it.
5. Sign in to your AI account on your Cloud
The first time you open your Cloud, Brainwrite asks you to sign in to Claude or ChatGPT, or to add an API key, on the Cloud computer itself. Your bots cannot run until one of these is set up. Sign-ins are kept on your Cloud's own storage.
Manage connected computers
Connected apps on cloud.brainwrite.in lists every computer signed in to your Cloud account, with when it was connected and last seen. Choose Disconnect to sign one out; your subscription does not change. To sign out from the app, open Settings → Brainwrite Cloud and choose Sign out of Brainwrite Cloud.
